Chunky Marzipan Brownies

One of my several variations that can be made from this Master Brownie Mix. If you have a thing for marzipan you'll love it.

Marzipan Chocolate Brownies:

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups BROWNIE MIX

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons milk

½ cup marzipan chunks

½ cup bittersweet chocolate chunks

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan. In a mixer bowl combine eggs, vanilla, milk, oil. Once combined add the BROWNIE MIX.  Beat until smooth and add marzipan and chocolate chunks until combined. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut into 2’’ bars. Makes 16 brownies.
