Peanut Butter Brownies

This is sure to satisfy the most intense peanut butter cravings, of which I fall victim to on a regular basis.

Peanut butter Brownies:

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups BROWNIE MIX

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons milk

½ cup bittersweet chocolate chunks

1 cup smooth peanut butter

½ cup sugar

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan. In a mixer bowl combine eggs, vanilla, milk, oil. Once combined add the BROWNIE MIX and beat until combined. Mix in chocolate chunks.  Add batter to prepared pan.

 Let stand while you add peanut butter, sugar and butter to a bowl. Mix together and drop lines of the mixture across brownie batter. Then drag a knife  blade back and forth perpendicular across the lines to slightly mix the peanut butter into the brownie batter. You want it to be just barely mixed in. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut into 2’’ bars. Makes 16 brownies.
