Growing up we would help my mother make cookies and her signature fudge balls to take to neighbors and friends. We would give them their gift plate and sing some carols. I have adopted this tradition, sans the caroling due to my family's lack of talent, and today we visited all our neighbors and gave them a plate of yummies.
