Peppermint Oreos

What's a mom to do with left over Oreos that her child brings back from preschool snack time? It didn't hurt that they were peppermint flavored Oreos. It only lent itself to further inspiration as I dipped them in white chocolate and crushed up a candy cane that my son could help to sprinkle on top. Definitely the prettiest and tastiest Oreos that I've ever had!
